What is ChicagoBearsPremium.com?

Chicago Bears Premium is the Official Suites Website of the Chicago Bears Football Club. ChiagoBearsPremium.com is designed for premium seating at Soldier Field. This website is operated by the Chicago Bears and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Chicago Bears.

How is my information protected?

Your personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase a Chicago Bears suite?

To rent a premium space for a Chicago Bears game at Soldier Field, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE A SUITE page to see available options. Suites can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Chicago Bears at (888) 792-3277 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Chicago Bears Suite Sales & Service team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Suite tickets and parking passes will be via mobile tickets only. After your purchase, a Chicago Bears representative will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets.

Ticket purchasers must access and manage their tickets on a mobile device or online via the free Chicago Bears Official App brought to you by Verizon. To download, search for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Will the suite be private to my group?

All Executive Suites listed for sale are fully private. The Skyline Suite is a shared premium space.

Are suites ADA accessible?

All suites at Soldier Field are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on ChicagoBearsPremium include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Select suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Yes. In order to secure your suite, payment is required in full.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees when booking a suite on ChicagoBearsPremium.com The price you see is the price you pay. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses for your suite.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

Per our sales terms and conditions, all sales are final for suites and premium products. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the suite.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For any premium product that does not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, the Chicago Bears Suite Sales & Service Team will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further instructions.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. There is no catering minimum when purchasing a suite. Guests can bring food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside of Soldier Field.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will vary widely. On average, guests will spend ~$100 per person for a full food and beverage spread (incl. alcohol). There is no catering minimum, nor is catering required.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Additional tickets may be available for purchase depending on your suite. Please check with your Bears Representative at the time of booking. Additional tickets can be added at the time of booking or after your booking has been completed.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

No. Suites may offer additional (“SRO”) tickets, but guest passes are not available.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under 32" tall are permitted entry inside Soldier Field without a ticket provided they obtain a complimentary lap pass prior to entry. Ticketed patrons will need to obtain a lap pass at the Gate 8 Ticket Office at Soldier Field on gameday. The child receiving the lap pass must be present when the pass is issued. There is a limit of one lap pass per game ticket.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite?

All suite and premium guests must adhere to Soldier Field’s NFL Bag Policy. More details found at: https://www.chicagobears.com/game-day/bag-policy.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets provide access to the Suite Tower and various bars and lounges located throughout.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suites come with VIP parking situated close to Soldier Field entrances.

When does my suite open?

Suites are open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Game Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity for your suite host is customary.
